KennTherm 9245 Thermal Compound is a non-silicone and metal-free grease with very low thermal impedance and long-term stability. The proprietary- formulated thermal compound with appropriate viscosity and good consistency can be spread easily and evenly. It’s can be stored in room temperature without special treatment. KennTherm 9245 serves as an effective thermal interface material for heat sink devices where efficient cooling as well as long-term stability is required.
