ThermPass 1201 is a non-halogenated, non-phosphate thermally conductive compound for LED heat sink (Plastic Heat Sink , Insulation Heat Sink) application.ThermPass 1201 is in compliance with IEC 62560, IEC 60695 and IEC 60968.
